2024 match dates are scheduled on the second Saturday April through September, with October being weather dependent. Stages are set up on the morning of the match. Gates open at 0800, stage set up begins, check in and registration begins at 9:00 am. The safety/shooter’s meeting happens as soon as stages are set. The first round down range no later than 1000. There will be 4-6 stages for each match.
PLEASE pre-register online as it cuts down on administrative duties the morning of the match. Match registration will open two weeks prior to the event and will end at 6PM on Friday before the match. Walk-ins are welcome. Sign up at: https://practiscore.com/clubs/last-chance-handgunners
The cost for the match is $20. Those who help set up they will have their match fee reduced to $5. Youth under the age of 18 shoot free.
Our stage setups are a mixture of IDPA, USPSA, and Steel Challenge. A round count of 100+ is typical.
For equipment, the competitor will need a serviceable revolver/pistol, holster, at least 2 magazines, magazine pouch, belt, eye and ear protection, sunscreen and water.
Matches take place in rain or shine providing it is safe to do so.
